There are actually 2 spots.
1. The outside (the solent) Can have some good ramps, though very confused.
2. The lagoon is one of the only south coast places to work in N/NW/NE winds. In these winds there are classic freestyle conditions.

Magic place to kitesurf - I live in Calshot and it is one of the best spots in the south to kitesurf - it does get busy at the weekends but in the week you can have the sea to yourself.
