Boracay Kitesurfing - Kitesurfing on Boracay in the high season Nov-Apr takes place on Bulabog lagoon beach. 2.5km long shallow lagoon, the easiest spot in Asia to learn.
A number of schools exist including Ocean Republic which was the 1st official centre in Asia. Other schools operate but aren't that safe. I learnt with the pro's and you can see the difference even as a beginner. Lagoon is excellent and so easy, the beach is very small at high tide.
