Rascals Kite Resort - Kappalady lagoon is a very small lagoon we sometimes go to, can get crowded and water level is low. a decent starting or finishing point when you do a up/downwinder (depending on season wind direction) from the Kalpitiya Lagoon, the kitesurfing hub of Sri Lanka!
