3 letters... MUD. This is a very popular spot - it has a small and crowded rig-up and launch area but once out there is a big area of navigable water. This can get choopy, and on good days will have swell rolling in. Due to the side-offshore winds you will want to be quite an established kiter before committing here. Less experienced bods can find a more sheltered cove just round the corner where the winds are usually side-onshore.
