Fly to Maiquetia International airport then take another flight to Valencia s airport or you can rent a car an drive from maiquetia to valencia its a 3 hours drive.
Once in valencia you have to go to Guataparos neighborhood trhu the avenida cuatricentenario, very easy to get there ask for directions
Thermal winds. starting to pick up at noon, at 2 o clock the wind is from 16 to 25 knots. could get really windy some days ( 30 knots).
Its a little gusty but steady enough to kite with no problem.
Not a place for beginners.
