To get there take one of the roads from Dublin towards Howth and head for Dollymount. At Dollymount take the road across the causeway onto what my map shows as Bull Island. This is (subtly) signposted Dollymount Strand. The bit to remember is that at the (grass) roundabout you take the last exit, and when you get onto the beach drive to the end (turn right) to find the local kite crowd.
