| | At low tide, there are only few centimeters of water. The spot is protected by sand bars. The water is perfectly flat.
At high tide, these sand bars disappear but there is not big waves.
Be careful of not going on the north of the spot, near the bridge, it's FORBIDDEN. The ferry to l'île d'Yeu is passing there.
You can go here with plenty of direction of wind: south, south west, west, north west, north.
If it's east or north east, you should go to les sableaux, on th east side of Noirmoutier Island.
