When travelling along the A9 motorway péage, take junction 40, signed for Leucate. Take a left at the first main junction, signed for
"N9 La Palme,
Narbonne & Port la Nouvelle" it's a bit tricky so take care.
Go right at the first roundabout, D709 La Palme. After about 2km, you'll see the lagoon, you'll pass La Palme village & about 500m later there's a very difficult to see right turn. it'll take you along a very bad road into the salt flats of the lagoon. you'll soon spot a little beach to your right.
