the wind is very strong, you'll get that kite surfing or wind surfing very very fast, I've seen lots of wind surf boards going faster than boats , with kite surfing you may get some jumps.
Is a nice place, my advice is to rent a boat, go with some friends, ask for Cayo Enrique to the locals (which are friendly) setup with some food and beer and enjoy your day!
