it must be windy, not a little bit, like 18 to 20 knots to be shure to have a blast with the waves. Those get sometimes prety dam good.. a must for the waves lovers.
Dont kite after the point (on map) for the wind disapear behind the natures scenery,play good atention of its direction, if its good est direction, all the coast is good, even from punta Palenque, up to Patos.
