close but not quite right - but as with EVERYTHING in taiwan there is garbage and pollution everwhere. somehow the locals don't see any of it but to everyone else in this world this would be a place of complete tragedy. stunning mtn views and epic wind but a complete and total disregard for the environment. they would rather make factories that pollute than make fun. take two showers when you come out of these places as the industrial pollution will leave your skin itching. but while you're there make sure you pump your small kite and get ready for some epic riding.

Mr - Neipu, Suao, Guan Yin and Baishawan are excellent Kiteboarding spots - Guan Yin has the best winds but the beach is deserted.
