Head North out of Dar es Salaam ,use new or old bagamoyo road, turn off at Whitesands Resort Sign (just past Mbezi Beach) , follow road to Whitesands Resort, park in hotel parking walk to main beach
Very tidal, very flat water on the low tide, small waves or chop for boosting off on the high tide. Can do long runs to the small islands 3 or 4 km off main land. Coral(jetties) out crops so not good for beginners on high tide, on low tide can walk out past these coral stones and kite in shallow water.Only 2 or 3 kiters out at one time. Excellent un-crowded kiting. Most used kite size for average weight 70 - 80 kg would be a 12m. Would travel with a 12 & 16m
